3.1 This Agreement will commence on the Commencement Date and shall continue for an indefinite period unless terminated by either party on not less than 90 (ninety) days written notice of its intention to so terminate. For the avoidance of doubt, it is recorded that upon termination of all Service Schedules, this Agreement shall ipso facto terminate.
3.2 Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement in terms of clause 3.1 above, such termination shall not affect the validity of any Service Schedule in force at the time of termination which shall continue to be of full force and effect and subject to the terms and conditions herein contained until such time as all obligations of each party vis-Ã -vis the other have been discharged in full.
3.3 Each Service Schedule shall commence on the date provided for therein and shall continue for the period provided for therein subject to termination as provided for therein.
3.4 Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 3.1 above, the Customer may, on not less than 1 (one) calendar month’s written notice to Vodacom, cancel any Service Schedule during the initial period provided for therein, subject to payment by the Customer of the then-applicable early termination penalty.
